Return Policy

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If the Askelo isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you've used it. We want you to actually try it. We just ask that all parts are included, and that you cover the return shipping cost. Email us at care@getaskelo.com and we'll take care of everything.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at care@getaskelo.com and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

Want a different item? Simply return what you have, and once processed, place a new order. Contact us and we'll walk you through it.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Contact us at care@getaskelo.com to get started.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at care@getaskelo.com.
