Damaged or incomplete orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us right away at care@getaskelo.com and we'll make it right.
Undeliverable packages
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge a reshipment fee to send it again.
Returns and shipping costs
If you decide to return your order under our 90-day money-back guarantee, we'll refund the full product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable as these are incurred at the time of dispatch.
