Delivery times are estimates only. Askelo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If the Askelo isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've used it. We want you to actually try it. We just ask that all parts are included. Email us at care@getaskelo.com and we'll take care of everything.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at care@getaskelo.com and we'll make it right.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at care@getaskelo.com.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Contact us at care@getaskelo.com to get started.

Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before using any cervical traction device, especially if you have any of the following: neck or spinal injury, herniated or bulging discs, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, vascular conditions, history of stroke or blood clots, cervical instability, spinal cord compression, recent surgery on the head, neck or spine, or if you are pregnant.

Do not use this product if you have been advised against cervical traction by a medical professional.

If you experience pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, visual changes, difficulty breathing, or any unusual symptoms during use, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

You acknowledge that you are using Cervionix products voluntarily and at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for determining whether this product is appropriate for your individual health circumstances. Cervionix is not liable for any injury, aggravation of existing conditions, or adverse effects resulting from use or misuse of its products.
